TF30
The TF30 is an afterburning, dual-spool turbofan engine designed for sustained supersonic speeds. It was manufactured by Pratt & Whitney and the engine’s first flight was in 1964. Its maximum thrust is 14,560 lbf (25,100 lbf with afterburning). The engine powers the F-111 Aardvark and the F-14A Tomcat.
