System Technical Corporation Acquired by AMS Group
TORRANCE, CA--AMS Group, a leading provider of innovative technologies, services and logistics support to global defense and security markets, has acquired System Technical Corporation (STC) of Torrance, CA. STC builds engineered products for military and aerospace applications.
The addition of STC enhances AMS Group’s engineering capabilities and expands its key customer base in land systems and aerospace platforms.

System Technical Announces Contract for the Patriot Missile Air-Defense System
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--System Technical announced that it has been awarded a US Army Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) contract supporting maintenance requirements for the Patriot Missile Air-Defense System. The Patriot counters tactical ballistic missiles and advanced aircraft. Developed by Raytheon, the Patriot system was used in combat for the first time in 1991 during the Gulf War. System Technical Announces New Multi-Year Contract with Defense Logistics Agency
TORRANCE, CA, January 24, 2019 – System Technical (previously STS Corporation) announced that it has received a large, multi-year contract from Defense Logistics Agency for an aerospace kit supporting a Safety Relief Air Conditioning System for a prominent fighter aircraft modernization program. STS Corporation Announces Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Follow-On Order for Bradley Fighting Vehicle Maintenance Program
LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 23, 2012 – STS Corporation, a Los Angeles based defense contractor, announced that it has received an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) follow-on order on a long-term spare parts kit maintenance program for the US Army, in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. The Bradley Fighting Vehicle serves to transport infantry under armored protection with the capability of providing troops with suppressing fire against enemy opposition. The Bradley is manufactured by BAE Systems Land and Armaments Division (formerly United Defense). It has been in active service since 1981 and has been deployed in the First and Second Persian Gulf Wars. Work will be performed at STS’s facility in Hawthorne, CA.
